Thought leadership and new insights are a pillar of Center activities.  Steve Miller developed the Family Business Leadership Development Framework because of his passion for helping next generation leaders find success in the family business.  Mr. Miller now teaches Intro to Family Business every year at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and shares his research with students.  Explore the model and consider where your experiences are within the framework.  Think about opposing sides of the framework.  Classes and programs at the Center are an opportunity to identify and translate current positioning within the framework in to a plan.
