Tuesday August 5, 2025 • 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM

In every multi-generational family business, the question isn’t if the next generation will get involved, it’s how. Whether you’re planning for smooth transitions, clarifying expectations, or navigating sensitive family dynamics, a well-crafted family employment policy is essential to sustaining both your business and your legacy.

Join fellow family business owners and leaders for a focused, 90-minute session designed to help you build or refine a family employment policy that reflects your company’s values, supports rising generations, and minimizes conflict. Through real-world examples, expert insights, and guided discussions, you’ll leave with a clearer path forward and actionable next steps.

What You’ll Learn:

  • A framework for creating or updating your family employment policy
  • Clarity on eligibility, roles, expectations, and boundaries
  • Strategies to balance family harmony with business needs
  • A peer exchange with other family business leaders facing similar challenges

Whether your next generation is ready to step in, or you’re just beginning the conversation, this session will help you lead with intention, fairness, and foresight.
